Key responsibilities in your new role

1. Contract Management in region Greater China (“GC”) are responsible for all sales/ marketing/ development related contracts/ contract projects with GC Customers, including development of contractual solutions and consulting on related business models. This incumbent will be a key role in leading and driving contract projects and will provide advice and direction to business colleagues in contracting process, business modeling, risk mitigation, contract structuring, and negotiation planning, etc., all in accordance with the company’s policies, processes and guidelines.

2. Serve as the primary interface between GC Contract Management and key regional stakeholders, work independently whilst fitting in with the team-work environment and the company’s communication culture.

3. Drive timely contract finalization within Infineon’s risk frame work and target timelines and facilitate efficient escalation and decision-making to accelerate contract closure. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across GC, Headquarter, and other regions to ensure aligned contract negotiation outcomes.

4. Develop a deep understanding of business requirements and management direction. Structure and lead project teams, provide guidance on business modeling, and collaborate with lawyers to define appropriate contractual solutions and properly reflect them in contract documentation.

5. Manage a broad range of contract types. Conduct appropriate assessments, analysis, drafting, review and negotiation of customer contracts, with a particular focus on risk assessment and compliance, while maintaining efficiency.

6. Enhance efficiency for department. Contribute to digitalization. Improve existing contract-related processes and develop and implement new processes to foster clarity and efficiency.

7. Guide business teams throughout the end-to-end contracting process, ensuring transparency, compliance, and effective decision-making.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

1. Bachelor’s Degree.

2. Background in Project Management, Business Administration, Business English, or Law Studies.

3. > 5 years’ relevant working experience.

4. Demonstrates strong ownership and initiative. Capable of working independently while contributing effectively as a part of team. Maintain high standards of quality in deliverables.

5. Possesses strong problem solving, conflict management, and negotiation skills. Experience as project manager or lead negotiator in complex or large-scale negotiations is preferred.

6. Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts at all levels.

7. Demonstrates good facilitation skills, able to manage internal/external discussions effectively while safeguarding contract risk management principles not compromising the risk management aspect of contracts and ensure clear communication within the project team.

8. Has strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage and follow through on multiple contract projects, deliver results.

9. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
