Key responsibilities in your new role

Be an active member of the account team to enable customer growth(horizontally and/or vertically) by being the *** point of contact for dem and fulfillment topics across Infineon.

Promote Supply Chain as a competitive advantage and win customers’ hearts through understanding of their requirements, targeting a Win-Win solution.

Manage end-to-end demand fulfillment transparently ensuring on-time delivery to customers based on orders and forecasts to create a unique customer experience.

Understand in-depth Infineon capabilities, the customers’ business &markets, implemented Supply Chain concepts & agreements and legal requirements.

Drive solutions with all relevant internal stakeholders including CLM Competence Center, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Planners and Allocation managers through close communication and collaboration.

Strive for continuous optimization of customer supply chain requirements balanced with Infineon’s business strategies and objectives in support of Infineon’s profitable growth.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Commercial.

Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experience in SC, manufacturing, preferable in planning. Enjoy working in a customer service environment.

Ability to work with SAP SD, SAP MM, Microsoft Application.

Pro-active and able to work under pressure.

Good interpersonal skill in handling tough situations.

Analytical skill is essential in maintaining an optimum inventory team player.

Able to work independently.

Fluent English in oral and writing.
