Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

•Setup and manage 3rd Party Logistic (3PL) performance (i.e. KPI, quality, accuracy, cost, audit etc.)

•Establish cleanroom and logistics handling SOPs; facilitate and operationalize at 3PL warehouse

•Coordinate with internal customers, forwarders and 3PL on prioritization

•Closely communicate and monitor progress until delivery completion

•Proactively work with 3PL to identify improvement opportunities, controls and continually improve quality level

•Key contact and act as 1st level escalation on all OSAT China die bank related issues

•Responsible in detailed planning and solution implementation at 3PLfor any change management involving OSAT die bank

•Drive cost and productivity improvement

•Handle ad-hoc assignment and projects as per assigned by manager

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

•Degree in Engineering or its equivalent; with at least 5 years related work experience in semiconductor industry

•Good interpersonal and communication skills; Independent, self-motivated and able to work well in a team

•Always strives for quality & continuous improvement; able to handle multiple tasks with an attention to fine detail

•Good knowledge or hands on with SAP system is an added advantage
