We are looking for an experienced recruiter to manage experience hiring and college hire at AP region in all functions.

Independently engage and partner with hiring manager to fulfill all the experience hiring, including understanding hiring requirement, sourcing, interviewing, offering and on-boarding.

Provide valuable candidate assessment and recommendation to hiring manager.

Ensure all the staffing activities follow corporate system (Workday) and process.

Manage and leverage all sourcing channel to ensure most cost effective hiring: such as web, social media, internal referral, and etc.

Pro-active build up talent pipeline.

Good communication and interpersonal skill, manage the good relationship with key stakeholders, such as hiring managers, internal other HR functions, candidates and etc.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus at least 2 years staffing experience.

Strong direct sourcing capability, search firm experience is required, and semiconductor industry background is preferred.

Knowledgeable for staffing and other HR policy.

Pro-active attitude and team player.

Fluent English and Mandarin.
